A strategic leader with a background in high-level visual storytelling, he has been a fundamental architect of the brand’s identity and market dominance. Joining the company during its pivotal early growth stage in 2020, Emmanuel was a strategic hire who contributed directly to the brand's explosive expansion from a modest four branches to a staggering 89 locations nationwide. His transition from a specialist in creative direction to a senior executive reflects his deep understanding of how to blend artistic vision with aggressive business objectives.

As the leader of the marketing department, Emmanuel directs the national marketing strategy, ensuring every initiative aligns with the company's revenue targets and rapid expansion milestones. He is responsible for managing complex, cross-functional collaborations between the Operations, Technology, and PR teams to maintain a unified brand voice. His leadership is characterized by a data-driven approach, where he oversees campaign KPIs and analytics to maximize performance and return on investment. By designing localized market-entry strategies, he ensures that every new branch launch creates a significant impact within its specific community, driving both footfall and digital engagement from day one.

Emmanuel’s creative signature is perhaps most visible in the vibrant "influencer ecosystem" he has built, consisting of over 50 creators, musicians, and public figures who strengthen the brand's affinity across various demographics. Beyond traditional advertising, he has spearheaded iconic campaigns such as the Mother’s Day “Happy Box” and high-energy festival activations that have become synonymous with the Pizzaman-Chickenman experience. He also plays a critical role in the company's digital evolution, collaborating closely with the tech team on the creative direction and marketing of the ChrisB App, ensuring the brand remains at the forefront of the digital ordering revolution in Ghana.

Before taking on his executive mandate, Emmanuel established himself as an elite director of photography, a skill set that allowed Pizzaman-Chickenman to "sell with the eyes" in an increasingly digital marketplace. His previous experience working with international icons like Davido, Sarkodie, and Stonebwoy brought a level of world-class aesthetic quality to the brand’s early digital content and in-store branding. Today, as Head of Marketing, he continues to combine this high-fidelity storytelling with sophisticated market analytics to ensure Pizzaman-Chickenman remains not just a restaurant chain, but a dominant household name.
