About Me

Mr. Frank Duah Poku, currently the Head of Sales, led the Customer Relations Department, which he helped centralize and professionalize. He joined the company in September 2021 as a Salesperson and Packaging Assistant, showcasing his hands-on experience in the customer journey from the start. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration (International Business)

Mr. Duah Poku joined the marketing team for a while and was instrumental in transforming the company’s customer service model. The initial model involved every branch having its own small call center to manage delivery orders. Upon the company's expansion to Accra, all these satellite call centers were dissolved, and a main call center was created, which Mr. Duah Poku was tasked to manage.

He established a Customer Retention Team within the call center, which actively follows up by calling customers for feedback on orders purchased the previous day, a key strategy for continuous service improvement.

The department's scope extended beyond service to include sales development. The team is in charge of training all prospective and current salespersons and customer care representatives, ensuring a consistent standard of excellence. He pioneered the "Lunch Time" program, a Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) initiative designed to engage with various organizations in Ghana and introduce them to the company's products, serving as both a marketing tool and community outreach effort.

The department is structurally composed of all salespersons at the branches and customer care representatives at the call center.
