Mr. Martin Dari is the Head of Warehouse Operations at CEQA Foods and Beverages, overseeing the logistical backbone of the Pizzaman-Chickenman chain. He holds a Bachelor of Land Economy.

Mr. Dari is a pioneering member of the team and one of the company's first pizza chefs, having joined as a student of KNUST. His transition from production to supply chain management highlights his versatility and deep knowledge of the company’s product and inventory needs.

Mr. Dari was tasked with heading the warehouse operations after the company's initial rapid growth phase.

In 2020, when the company only had two branches, the Mango Road branch served as the warehouse and central distribution point.

With continuous growth, an actual warehouse space was acquired, and Mr. Dari was appointed to lead its operations. A second warehouse was established once the company expanded to Accra. From there, several warehouses have been established across Ghana to meet the demand of the company.

The warehouses function as the company's production houses and contain the central kitchens. Mr. Dari ensures that supply vans move from these warehouses daily to supply all outlets with the necessary inventory on a 24-hour schedule, maintaining operational consistency and quality across the entire chain.
