Head of Kitchen Department
Mr. Owusu is a pioneering team member and was the first chef of the restaurant. He joined the team as a student of KNUST, studying Bachelor of Arts in Social Work.
His love for cooking aligned with the CEO's dream for creating a food brand.
He, together with the CEO and recipe development team are in charge of the combination and presentation of all meals sold at the restaurant.
The kitchen department includes all satellite kitchens at the branches and central kitchens at the warehouse.
He is also in charge of training all current and prospective kitchen assistants and chefs in accordance with the standards of the company.
