Mr. Richard Asiedu is the Head of Compliance at CEQA Foods and Beverages, a critical role where he is directly responsible for ensuring all business operations adhere to governmental and regulatory standards in Ghana's food and beverage industry. Mr Aseidu holds a first-class degree in Actuarial Science.

While the overall direction of the company is a joint effort between the CEO and COO, Mr. Asiedu is in charge of all groundwork related to compliance. His duties encompass the full spectrum of legal and quality assurance, including:

Licensing and Permits: Ensuring the business secures and maintains all necessary licenses and permits required to operate legally in Ghana.

Quality Control (QC): Overseeing the maintenance of high standards for product quality and food handling.

Environmental Hygiene: Supervising protocols for cleanliness and sanitation that meet official environmental standards.

Regulatory Adherence: Liaising with all governmental and regulatory bodies relevant to the food and beverages industry.

Mr. Asiedu began his career with the company by managing the riders at the various branches in Kumasi. As the company recognised the increasing importance of legal and operational fidelity, his tasks were expanded to manage all permits and compliance, leading to his current leadership role.
