Mr. Stephen Ofori Ntim is the Head of the Information Technology (IT) Department at CEQA Foods and Beverages, responsible for driving the digital transformation and ensuring the technological seamlessness of the entire restaurant chain. He joined the team in 2021.

Mr Ntim hold a first-class bachelor’s degree in Mathematics from KNUST. His arrival marked a crucial turning point for the company's operational efficiency. When the company was scaling, operations were entirely manual (including order-taking and receipt issuance). As soon as the second branch was added, there was an urgent need to use POS (Point of Sale) machines to streamline sales. Mr. Ntim was brought on as an IT Technician to guide salespersons on the proper use of these machines.

As the company grew, his responsibilities rapidly expanded to encompass all technological aspects of the business, including:

Biometric Verification of staff.

Ensuring Internet Connectivity and network stability.

Guaranteeing the proper functioning and usage of IT equipment in all restaurants.

Under his leadership, the IT department has been instrumental in developing proprietary systems, working closely with a team of app and software developers to build the company's core digital infrastructure:

Mobile App: The CHRIS B mobile app.

ERP System: The ANDAS Enterprise Resource Planning system, which is currently in use at all outlets to manage the business centrally.
