The Branch Packaging Officer ensures food and beverage products are packaged correctly, safely, and in compliance with company standards at the branch level. They inspect packaging quality, monitor labeling accuracy, and maintain cleanliness in the packaging area.

1. Packaging customer orders and verifying visual presentation, portion accuracy, and labeling standards.
2. Conduct spot-checks on food preparation, taste profiles, temperature control, and hygiene to uphold health and safety protocols.
3. Test samples for taste, freshness, and quality defects.
4. Maintain daily quality logs, report trends or issues to headquarters, and support internal audits for compliance.

1. Diploma in Hospitality, or any related field.
2. 1-2 years in food service quality control or branch operations, ideally in F&B retail.
3. Excellent attention to detail, teamwork, and communication; ability to work shifts in a busy branch environment.
