The Floor Attendant is responsible for maintaining cleanliness and hygiene throughout the dining and service areas of the branch.

1. Ensure the branch floor and dining area are kept clean, tidy, and presentable at all times.
2. Clean tables, chairs, floors, and surfaces before and after guest use, and maintain proper waste disposal.
3. Welcome customers as they enter, greet them politely, and guide them to available seats where necessary.
4. Support the team during peak periods by clearing and resetting tables promptly and reporting any issues to the supervisor.

1. SHS certificate or equivalent; additional training in hospitality or customer service is an advantage.
2. Previous experience in a cleaning is preferred.
3. Good physical stamina and ability to stand for extended periods.
4. Strong work ethic, attention to detail.
5. Basic understanding of hygiene and safety standards.
