Throughout September, we hosted a comprehensive training programme for a cohort of new and existing employees, designed to strengthen our workforce and uphold the standards that define Pizzaman-Chickenman.

For our new hires, the programme provided an important introduction to our company culture, values, systems and service standards, giving them the foundation needed to become effective members of the team.

For our existing employees, it was an opportunity to refresh their knowledge, sharpen their skills and deepen their understanding of delivering exceptional customer service.

Led by our Chief Executive Officer, Christian Boakye Yiadom, and Chief Operations Officer, Ebenezer Essuman- Amankwah, the training combined learning, practical sessions and continuous assessment.
Throughout the programme, participants sat for a series of examinations, putting their knowledge and understanding to the test.

The month-long journey was ultimately climaxed by a graduation ceremony, celebrating the commitment, growth and achievement of everyone who successfully completed the programme.
